Minam River Lodge Community Potluck

Please join us for a pre-opening celebration of the new Minam River Lodge!

The new Lodge is under construction and will open in Spring 2017. We are hosting a potluck on September 4, 2016 for friends and family who would like to hike, fly or ride in for a night to camp by the river and get a sneak peek of the new lodge and cabins.

We will be roasting a few pigs and pouring beer by the river on Sunday, beginning at 4 p.m. Please bring a contribution for the table if you can, along with your sleeping bag and tent.

Drinking water will be available but you should bring any other food or provisions you may need. Due to fire hazard, cooking fires are not permitted.

Entertainment will be provided by Minam and volunteer musicians; music will begin at 1:00 pm on September 4.

Construction tours will be available on the afternoon of September 4 and morning of September 5. Outside of these tours, lodge facilities will be unavailable. Guests should plan to depart by noon on September 5.

Please also email Kelsey if you would be willing to help volunteer for a few hours during the event to assist with registration, serving, clean-up or if you are a musican and are interested in performing during the event.
